We discuss your hair goals, lifestyle and hair history. Together we'll determine the ideal method, length, density and colour match to create the most natural result for you.

This is where the magic happens. Multiple shades are carefully blended to create a seamless match from roots to ends. Custom root shadowing and dimensional colour blending can be incorporated where needed for the most natural finish.

The fitting
Every bond is strategically placed for comfort, movement and discretion. Once installed, the extensions are customised and blended to integrate seamlessly with your natural hair, creating a natural-looking result tailored to your personal style.

Aftercare & maintenance
Your extensions are designed to be reused for many months to come. During your maintenance appointment, the extensions are removed, rebonded and reinstalled, ensuring a seamless result while protecting the health of your natural hair.

Living with your extensions
01 Your first 48 hours
Keep the bonds dry for the first 48 hours — no washing, no swimming, no heavy sweating. Sleep with your hair loosely tied back so the bonds aren't pulled on while they settle. You can brush gently from the ends upward from day one.
02 Washing & brushing
Sulphate-free shampoo, applied at the scalp only. Condition mid-length to ends, never on the bonds. Brush morning and night with a soft loop brush, always holding the hair at the root so you're not tugging at the attachments.
03 Sleep, heat & swimming
A loose braid or low pony at night keeps the hair from tangling on the pillow. Heat tools are fine with a heat protectant, kept away from the bonds. Before swimming, wet the hair with clean water and add a leave-in — chlorine and salt are the main reasons extensions age prematurely.
04 When to book maintenance
Most clients return every 8–10 weeks for a re-bond, depending on how quickly their natural hair grows and how heavy the set is. We'll set the next date before you leave the chair so it never creeps up on you.

How to book
Every new client starts with a consultation — either in-studio or via WhatsApp. During the consultation, we'll discuss your goals, choose the right colour match, and determine how much hair is needed to achieve your desired result.
New sets are usually booked 1–2 weeks in advance, and a deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Policies
The fine print
Deposits & cancellations
A 20% non-refundable deposit secures your appointment and is credited towards your final balance.
Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice. Changes made within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit.
Late arrivals
Please let me know if you're running late. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require the appointment to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.
Removals & redo
Removal is charged at $80 per hour and typically takes 1–2 hours. Heavy matting may extend the appointment time.
If you have any concerns after your appointment, please get in touch within 7 days. Minor adjustments can be made where needed.
Aftercare guarantee
The longevity of your extensions depends on proper aftercare and regular maintenance. Results cannot be guaranteed if aftercare recommendations are not followed.
